Olayinka Uadiale holds a PhD in Accounting, a Master of Research in Accounting, Finance, and Management, an MSc in Accounting, and a BSc in Accounting.

With a strong foundation in accounting and a passion for education, my role as a Senior Lecturer encompasses not just imparting knowledge but also fostering a learning environment that champions diversity and inclusion. The integration of analytical skills, management, and data analysis into my teaching methodology has contributed to the development of well-rounded professionals.

In addition to my academic credentials, I am a Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE) with the Chartered Association of Business Schools. I am also a member of the Corporate Finance Faculty (ICAEW) and part of the Network for Evaluating and Researching University Participation Interventions (NERUPI). My commitment to higher education is further demonstrated by my status as a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, UK.

My expertise in higher education teaching is complemented by certifications in diversity, inclusion, and belonging, ensuring that the academic journey of every student is supported and valued. By embracing innovative coaching techniques and a commitment to continuous professional development, we strive to maintain the highest standards of academic excellence and student engagement.

Currently, I am serving on the board of Hope Raisers Global Foundation – Finance/Budget. I have a wide breadth of experience that supports team spirit and problem-solving. I am committed to discovering, educating, empowering, and deploying men and women, youths, and children so they can attain their God-given potentials.
