Susana Ecclestone is an international business strategist with over two decades of experience helping companies expand into new and complex markets. As Co-Founder and CEO of Harrington Blue & Partners, she advises businesses and investors seeking to establish a footprint across Latin America, the UK, EMEA, and Asia (with a particular focus on Japan and India). Her work centers on cross-border investment, internationalization strategies, and building high-level partnerships that unlock long-term growth.

Previously, as Executive Director of the British Argentine Chamber of Commerce, Susana played a pivotal role in strengthening trade and investment ties between the UK and Argentina, working alongside governments, embassies, and trade organizations to deliver strategic initiatives and high-profile bilateral programmes.

Her career spans multiple industries—including mining, healthcare, education, and sustainability—with a consistent focus on helping companies navigate new geographies and regulatory landscapes. At Hallgarten & Co, a leading mining advisory firm, she has supported clients with investment strategies across global mining markets. Earlier, at Bayada Home Health Care, she launched the company’s first operations in India and developed a pioneering division for Latin American clients.

As Managing Director of Harrington Verve and Scholaria, Susana also champions innovative education and sustainable practices and experiential investment, focused on women in business, leadership and empowerment of the younger generations while her advisory work with the Coalition of Green Chambers of Commerce and the UK Confederation reflects her commitment to embedding sustainability into international trade and investment.
