Kelvin Voen is the Co-Founder of “We Hold a Hand” a Mental Health organisation committed to guiding people through their mental health healing and self-awareness journey. Our mission is to help individuals overcome the fear and shame that often hold them back from pursuing their dream careers, businesses, and fuller lives. Drawing on lived experience and evidence-informed practice, I am passionate about creating safe, accessible spaces where people can understand their mental health, build confidence, and strengthen emotional resilience.
