Jaisal Surana is a Gen AI solutions architect and seasoned data architect at Santander, 22 years of experience in the technology industry, a winner for MK STEM awards 2024 for an icon in STEM lifetime achievement along with Women Leaders award 2024 for digital and technology.Jaisal’s passion for technology fuels her curiosity for emerging innovations such as AR, VR, XR, AI, IoT, and NFTs. Her expertise has made significant contributions to summits, forums, panels, and reports, focusing on recognizing risks and developing next-generation technology with ethical guardrails and safety by design.

Jaisal serves on the advisory board for the data analytics curriculum at Cranfield University and mentors for the Women Tech Network. She is also the Head of Advocacy and XR Safety Lead at MKAI.org. Jaisal helped develop the XRSI Safety Framework v2 and is one of the steering group leaders of the Global Digital Literacy Alliance, which is being developed with the UN-backed CODES.
