Born with a heart condition, she has defied expectations — going from health limitations to lifting weights confidently and running a thriving fitness business. Her journey began much like many of her clients’, indulging in food and neglecting exercise, until COVID became her turning point. That was when she committed to transforming her health, mindset, and future.
