A national-level hockey player from India and has participated in all major national tournaments. She joined Indian Railways and represented the Railways team for three years.

After moving to the UK, she joined Addiscombe Hockey Club. She has also completed her hockey coaching course with England Hockey. Overall, she has 15–20 years of experience in hockey as a player.
