Anwesha Bose is the Co-founder of Bluemint Services FZCO, a content strategy and digital positioning firm based in Dubai. Before Bluemint, Anwesha built AglaSem from a small academic resource site into one of India’s largest education platforms, reaching 25 million monthly page views and 2 million daily users at peak, ranking among the top 100 websites in India and top 1500 globally. She led content, editorial, and operations for over a decade, scaling the organization from a three-person team to a 120-plus member company.

Her work sits at the intersection of communication, strategy, and execution — building the digital and content layer that connects serious work to the right audience. She is particularly focused on education technology, learning product design, and the narrative infrastructure that allows companies to grow with clarity and intent.
