I have been in the leadership industry for over a decade, serving in multiple capacities that shaped both my vision and mission. I am a community leader, having proudly served as the President of the Sudanese Community in the United States, where I dedicated myself to uplifting and supporting families. I also served Muslim communities in the USA in various leadership roles, guided by the belief that “service is the rent we pay to live on this earth.”

Professionally, I held a leadership position at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for over a decade, where I gained invaluable experience in leading teams, navigating complex issues, and driving impactful outcomes. Currently, I am a Doctoral Candidate in Leadership Psychology, expanding my knowledge to serve others with a deeper impact. My mission is to awaken 1 million leaders to lead with authenticity, build trust, compassion, and influence from within.

Through my work, I have:

• Guided leaders across industries in developing resilient mindsets, sustainable success habits, and high-impact leadership frameworks.
• Spoken and written extensively on leadership, empowerment, and growth, reaching thousands with content that inspires positive change and practical transformation.
• Built and nurtured communities of leaders who support each other in both personal and professional growth.
• Championed the belief that true leadership is not about standing in the spotlight, but about helping others shine.

I am from the USA, originally from Sudan, and now reside in Qatar, continuing my journey of leadership and service with a global vision. What excites me most about IGC is your emphasis on fostering leadership at every level and creating meaningful impact within communities. I believe this alignment strengthens my ability to contribute effectively to your vision of uniting passionate individuals to make the world a better place.
