Luis Rasolondrainy is the founder and Executive Director of Non-governmental organization LVXX Hazavana, an educational organization dedicated to empowering youth in Madagascar through innovative after-school learning programs. His work focuses on blending local culture, smart agriculture, digital literacy, coding, Robotics and practical trades to equip young people with essential skills for their future with innovative extracurricular activities.
With a background as a Business Instructor and Psychology Consultant, Amb. Luis brings a wealth of expertise in education and mental health with different public and private universities.
As the Country Director of World Humanitarian Organization for Peace and Equity, Amb. Luis Rasolondrainy works globally to support governments and communities in advancing sustainable development aligned with UN principles. Dedicated to transforming communities, He serves as an Ambassador for Five Points Youth Foundation Los Angeles USA —an organization recognized as a member of the UN Global Compact.
