He has worked across the private, public, and third sectors, partnering with leading UK universities, employers, and national organisations to build inclusive pathways into work.

A strategic people leader, Oris has designed and delivered award-nominated early careers programmes, scaled digital engagement initiatives, and coached hundreds of young professionals and managers. His work has driven measurable impact, from improving employment for students and graduates to training over 400 leaders in inclusive performance and development.

Most recently, Oris led the talent strategy to get more young people into the UK Wealth Management and Financial Advice industry, working in partnership with some of the UK’s leading wealth management firms.
