I’m Dr. Shariza Umira Puteri Binti Kamarozzaman, an award-winning cybersecurity and leadership professional dedicated to strengthening digital resilience, advancing innovation, and empowering the next generation of leaders — especially young women — across the technology and business landscape.

In 2025, I was honoured with the Honorary Doctoral Degree – Doctor of Advanced Studies (D.A.S., Honoris Causa) in Management from Universidad Azteca, Mexico, in recognition of my global contributions to cybersecurity, strategic leadership, and digital transformation.

With more than 14 years of experience in IT infrastructure, security operations, and compliance, I have led high-performing teams, developed and matured SOC capabilities, and built enterprise-level cybersecurity frameworks that reinforce digital trust and business resilience. My work includes advising organisations on digital risk, privacy governance, and AI security strategies — merging deep technical knowledge with strategic leadership.

As part of my leadership journey, I serve as an Executive Committee Member & Advisory Board Member at Insights Success Media, a global business and technology magazine. In this role, I help shape strategic thought-leadership, guide editorial direction, and collaborate with leaders around the world to influence the future of cybersecurity and digital innovation.

Beyond technical expertise, I am strongly committed to mentorship and inclusive leadership. I mentor young professionals and emerging women leaders, particularly those entering cybersecurity and aspiring to executive roles. My mission is to develop resilient, future-ready leaders who lead with integrity, empathy, and purpose.
