I have Co – Founded a Management & Sustainability Consulting organization namely Vision360 Management Consulting and I am the Founding Trustee of a ‘not for profit’ organization ‘Bodhi Foundation India’.

Bodies, Indian Public Sector, Private Sector both in India and abroad; in the areas of Risk Management, Climate Change, Carbon Neutrality, ESG, Sustainability Reporting, Data Analytics, Policy Advisory, Policy Advocacy, Business Strategy, Circular Economy, SDG Advisory, Public Private Partnership Advisory, Smart City Advisory, etc. With a network of 6 offices in India & UK and more than 100 Subject Matter Experts, the organization under my leadership is helping 100s of Corporates, PSUs, Ministries, Foreign Missions address their business needs.

My experience and diverse portfolio include, but is not limited to conceptualizing business strategies, business alignment initiatives, driving innovations, circular economy, policy advocacy, public-private partnerships & smart cities advisory, sustainability, governance, risk management and climate change advocacy.

My holistic view of responsible and sustainable business practices is based on experience of developing and delivering services to some of the biggest brands as I work with clients to navigate the climate crisis using circular economy approaches and to develop strategic net zero programmes. I have practical and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the current legislations, concepts and principles in relation to sustainability and carbon reduction processes along with the experience in implementing and embedding policies and strategies linked to circular economy, sustainability, carbon reduction in anatomy of the company.

I have always believed that there is a social need and responsibility for each of us to volunteer, to invest in our community/ecosystem and to become part of the overall change. My CORE Areas include Circularity, Governance, Public-Private Partnerships, Climate Change/Action and Gender Equality. Although my core interest lies in helping organizations in creating value through responsible & sustainable business practices and having inclusive associations that are built upon shared principles and values, vision and goals, placing people and the planet at the core; however, I am equally passionate about awareness around mental health/wellbeing, and women empowerment.

I am process-oriented, purpose driven and a versatile strategist, with a strong understanding of the power of bringing people together to collaborate, work towards a common goal and a flair for operational development. As I continue to build strategic business alliances while constantly monitoring quality, maintaining the highest possible benchmarks as well as driving the vision and core strategies for my organization; I use strong relationship building and negotiation skills to build partnerships and associations and forge a way forward, especially focusing on reinforcing the firm’s leadership around inclusiveness and diversity.

I am a speaker at various forums (including Universities such as O. P Jindal Global University, G. D.
