With twenty years’ professional experience, after studying Private Law at the University of Douala in the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences up to postgraduate level, and Human Resources Management at the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC) in Douala, I entered the professional world by passing on knowledge in Cameroonian universities:

OPPORTUNE HAND is an associate lecturer at Essec Douala in the Human Resources Management Department at postgraduate level and in several courses, particularly in the online and face-to-face MBA programme.

After working in companies as a consultant, coach and mentor, and as Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director and Director of Administration and Human Resources, she turned her attention to managing Romhuard Human Resources Sarl, a company set up in 2016. www.romhuard-rh.com

It is a limited liability company whose purpose is human resources management: staff placement and skills development, as well as many other activities in line with the company’s purpose. We provide a range of contractual HRM services to companies both nationally and internationally, and are open to all contract proposals.
