With a wide skillset and determination, she has gone from a small-time Yoga teacher to a fitness sensation with multiple links to students in Greater London, Europe and even overseas.

She does this all alongside her successful professional life, as a chartered accountant for a Tax firm in North London. Anandana believes that Yoga cannot change your life overnight, but requires consistency, determination and most of all, peace of mind.

Anandana teaches both Online and face to face, and she teaches individually and in small groups, as she believes that large groups can divert attention from one specific person and doesn’t distribute everyone the same amount of attention.

Now, she is spreading her message through social media and worldwide, having a Youtube chanel which she hopes one day will make the world a better place through Yoga
