Aritra Bandyopadhyay is a seasoned IT professional with 16+ years of experience in product development, product management and customer engagement. A near fatal car accident in 2017 left her bedridden with a neurological condition.

With immense mental resilience and 4 years of strenuous physiotherapy she returned to her old professional position and organisation. A wheelchair user since 2017 and mother of 2 kids, she is passionate about advocacy and empowerment of persons with disabilities.

In her organisation she actively contributes towards fostering a culture of inclusion and spreading awareness by organising various events. Her dream is an accessible, inclusive world that respects all irrespective of differences.
